I work with athletes from all levels of competition through all of life’s stages to help them achieve their sports performance goals. You will work one on one with a skilled physiotherapist to develop a return to sport plan that is specific to your needs and goals. This will include a full assessment of the injured and affected area followed by an exercise plan.
