Having a c-section, also called a cesarean section or cesarean birth, comes with a different recovery than a vaginal delivery. After all, this is a major surgery and you get discharged from the hospital with a brand new baby too!
At HerSport Physio, we are specifically trained to help people recovery from their c-section. Whether you are dealing with c-section scar pain, difficulty moving around or want some c-section safe exercises, we are here to help!

Virtual appointments, from the comfort of your own home, are a great way to get started in the first 1-2 weeks of c-section recovery.
As the weeks go by, each session will help you build on the last, so your activity can be increased and you can start to safely return to regular life activities, an exercise routine or our HerSport Postpartum Strength classes.
