Prenatal Strength & Mobility

The Prenatal Strength and Mobility class is an excellent way to stay active through your pregnancy. With a strong focus on pelvic floor exercises, this class will help prepare your body for labour and delivery.

This class runs for 6 weeks and is suggested for those in the second or third trimester.

Postpartum Strength

The Postpartum Strength class is the perfect way to get started on an exercise routine for both core and pelvic floor strength. During the six week session, you will gradually build back exercise difficulty and intensity exactly where you need it after having a baby. Modifications for any pelvic floor symptoms will be given and any level is welcome. 

If you have your sights set on doing a stroller bootcamp, want to return to running or get back into a sport, this class is a perfect way to start.

Strength for the Ages

Strength for the Ages is a class is for those around the 40+ age group and are in or approaching perimenopause. This 6 week program is a safe place to explore strength training and pelvic floor exercises with the guidance of a trained physiotherapist. No prior lifting experience is necessary to join!

We’ve developed this program with the intention of providing education, technique, and exercise independence so that you will have strength for the ages. 

What you can expect during these classes

  • Small group setting of 6 people or less.

  • Classes are always led by a registered pelvic health physiotherapist.

  • Individual modifications and planning specific to your needs and concerns.

  • A fun and welcoming atmosphere with no prior lifting experience necessary!
