Prenatal Strength & Mobility

The Prenatal Strength and Mobility class is an excellent way to stay active through your pregnancy. With a strong focus on pelvic floor exercises, this class will help prepare your body for labour and delivery.

This class runs for 6 weeks and is suggested for those in the second or third trimester.

Postpartum Strength

The Postpartum Strength class is the perfect way to get started on an exercise routine for both core and pelvic floor strength.

You will gradually build back exercise difficulty and intensity exactly where you need it after having a baby. Modifications for any pelvic floor symptoms will be given and any level is welcome. 

This running program is one-of-a-kind and you won’t find anything like it in the city of London.

For those who have goals of a postpartum return to run or sports, this 8-week group physio class will take you through specific exercises and running drills to help get your stride back. 

Strides & Strength

Strength for the Ages is a class is for those around the 40+ age group and are in or approaching perimenopause.

This 6 week program is a safe place to explore strength training and pelvic floor exercises with the guidance of a trained physiotherapist. No prior lifting experience is necessary to join!
